I am against this proposal due to - Environmental Concerns
• Protected Ecosystems: Rural areas may contain sensitive or protected ecosystems, wetlands, forests, or wildlife habitats. Developing land in such areas can threaten biodiversity and disrupt local ecosystems.
• Flood Zones: Some rural areas are prone to flooding, which can make development more challenging and costly. Local authorities may limit development in these areas to reduce flood risks
