I am formally objecting to the proposed building development SG24 around Hockley Heath due to its significant negative impact on our village way of life. The community has supported us through difficult times, and I value the surrounding open spaces for our wellbeing. My concerns include increased traffic and safety risks, inadequate transport connectivity, overwhelmed medical support, unsustainable educational facilities, and severe environmental damage, including the loss of Green Belt land and wildlife. I urge the council to reconsider this proposal, as the drawbacks far exceed any potential benefits.
