I object to the proposed developments near Cox Crescent and Green Acres Nursing Home due to serious flooding risks and increased traffic. Our drainage system, including attenuation ponds, cannot handle additional development, exacerbating flooding issues that already affect Marton Road cottages. Furthermore, there's only one exit from the area, leading to traffic congestion on an already problematic main road. Additionally, the sloped fields contribute to runoff and flooding, which already occurs without further hard landscaping, leaving the fields frequently boggy and waterlogged.
