I wish to object to the proposed settlement location B1 at Hatton due to significant concerns. This site would lead to permanent loss of green belt land and wildlife, increased risks to public safety from more vehicles, and inadequate road infrastructure. The narrow roads cannot support additional traffic, resulting in potential accidents. Public transport is insufficient, with infrequent train services and no bus routes. The local area lacks the necessary facilities and amenities for such a large development, which would strain resources. I urge refusal of site B1 based on these reasons.
