I object to the proposed Hatton New Settlement development of approximately 8,500 homes on Green Belt land. This development threatens wildlife, increases emissions, and contradicts national planning policies designed to protect open spaces. It would exacerbate food security issues by reducing farmland and create significant infrastructure challenges, straining local healthcare and education services. The existing roads cannot accommodate the additional traffic, leading to increased pollution and safety concerns. Approving this development would set a dangerous precedent for further loss of Green Belt land. I urge you to consider my objection seriously.
