I object to the proposal for several reasons. There is already significant traffic, and our village lacks a local doctors’ surgery and pharmacy. I am concerned about increased pollution, potential road damage from flooding, and the inadequacy of our primary school. We also have no secondary school, forcing children to travel. The risk of car and home theft may rise, and I question the affordability of the houses. Our small, quiet village is home to many elderly residents who may feel vulnerable, and I'm worried about the impact on farmland and natural habitats.
