I acknowledge new housing is needed but the proposed Plan presents serious issues. SG15/SG16 threaten Wellesbourne's character and pose significant flood risks, increasing vulnerability in an area that has flooded before. Lack of rail connectivity will lead to greater reliance on cars, worsening traffic and air quality. The loss of farmland is detrimental to local agriculture and community. The scale of development risks transforming Wellesbourne into a town, undermining its unique spirit. The plan fails to address the need for educational and healthcare facilities. Please reconsider and balance growth with preservation of our environment, community, and quality of life.
