As a resident and landowner at Pathlow, I oppose the proposed new settlement at Wilmcote/Bearley. This development threatens prime green belt land, will harm local biodiversity, and negatively impact the historic character of Wilmcote and Mary Arden's House. The increased traffic would overwhelm existing infrastructure, leading to congestion and safety issues. Additionally, there is no adequate provision for education, healthcare, or utilities to support such a large-scale development. Overall, this proposal would destroy the unique countryside lifestyle we cherish and is unjustifiable in this area.
