I strongly object to "Potential Site F1 Land to the West of Ufton" for a new settlement of 6,000 houses. I am unsure how this will fit with the proposed solar farm which will already negatively impact the landscape. The proposals will create significant traffic issues on the already busy Fosse Way and A425. The lack of employment opportunities and inadequate transport infrastructure, including limited rail and bus services, further complicate matters. Additionally, the steep escarpment and fragmented land ownership raise concerns about deliverability. Infrastructure needs for schools, shops, and healthcare are not adequately addressed.
