I am concerned about the proposed housing developments around our village, which would negatively impact our community. We lack a local GP and pharmacy, and nearby practices are already overstretched. The small primary school cannot accommodate more pupils. Traffic on Stratford Road is already chaotic, and increased housing would worsen delays and pollution. Limited public transport would struggle with more residents. Flooding issues would likely worsen with more development, and I believe we must protect green belt land for future generations and biodiversity. I urge reconsideration of these proposals.
