As a concerned resident of Wellesbourne, I object to proposals SG15 & SG16 das they would harm our village and its landscape. The developments would damage our rural charm and increase flood risks. The area is already vulnerable. Additionally, the lack of rail connectivity would lead to more reliance on cars, exacerbating traffic and pollution issues. Losing vital farmland would negatively impact local agriculture and food security. The scale of development threatens our village identity, and there is no plan for additional schools or healthcare services. I urge the council to reconsider these proposals.
