I am a concerned resident of Wellesbourne, objecting to the proposed South Warwickshire Local Plan due to its potential lasting harm to our village. The large-scale developments would damage our landscape's character and beauty, permanently altering our rural charm. Flood risk is a significant concern, as further development would increase surface water runoff. The lack of rail connectivity would worsen traffic congestion and pollution. Additionally, losing our best farmland is unacceptable, impacting local agriculture. The scale of development threatens our village status, and there is no plan for additional schools or healthcare services. I urge the council to reconsider these proposals
