Although the development falls within South Warwickshire, the burden of the new development would impact on Hockey Heath. The village doesn’t have the infrastructure in terms of school, health, transportation. Increased traffic on the A34 will also cause more accidents. Hockley Heath will loose its rural identity, harm wildlife and have an impact on the wellbeing of the residents.
