I believe the proposed development in SG24 Hockley Heath is unsuitable due to various reasons. Solihull Council has previously deemed Hockley Heath inadequate for large-scale expansion due to poor infrastructure, and only allocated 80 dwellings after considerable assessment. The lack of public transport, overcrowded schools, and insufficient healthcare facilities further supports this. Additionally, the proposed sites are located on narrow, unsafe country lanes. I urge SWLP to discount Hockley Heath for further growth and co-operate with Solihull who have stated this area is unsuitable and development would adversely impact the local community.
