I oppose the proposed development at the SG01 site due to its excessive size, which I believe will severely impact local infrastructure. It will increase traffic along the A429 into Kenilworth, exacerbating congestion in the Old Town's narrow streets, particularly during flood events. The development will also damage the popular greenway, undermining its value as a sustainable space for walkers and cyclists. Additionally, the influx of residents will overwhelm local facilities and disrupt the small-town character of Kenilworth, leading to parking issues and access problems for residents and emergency services.
