As a Finham Parish Councillor, I want to address the South Warwickshire Local Plan. With around 2500 new houses planned, this could mean 5000 to 7500 new residents, many of whom will require medical services. Currently, the Sky Blue Medical Centre, which includes Green Lane Medical Centre, is already oversubscribed with 17,494 patients recorded in 2015. I estimate the number has exceeded 20,000 by now. Therefore, it is essential that a new doctor's surgery is built to meet the healthcare needs of this growing community.
