Dear Sir or Madam

I am writing to point out my objection to the proposed building of houses at Hatton.

I have lived in the area all of my life and have enjoyed the beauty and significance of the area and the agriculture and wildlife it supports.

I realise that there seems to be an urgent need for house building, and I don't want to sound like a NIMBY, but 8000 homes feels extremely excessive and will make a lovely village setting, with green fields turn into a town.

I could go on about the lack of infrastructure, disruption, etc, but you will already be aware of this.
