I believe site 569 (Land to South of Weston Under Wetherley) should be entirely removed from the local plan. It can only fit into a dispersed development model, which has been discarded. The HELAS assessment significantly underestimates the site's unsuitability, as it floods beyond its boundaries. This area is vital greenbelt land that prevents the merging of Leamington with nearby villages and reduces greenspace between Leamington and Coventry, risking urban sprawl. Additionally, the site has severe infrastructure limitations, including narrow access roads and inadequate transport options, making it unsuitable for development.
