I formally oppose the inclusion of SG24 in the South Warwickshire Local Plan (SWLP). As a long-term resident of Hockley Heath, I am concerned about the scale of development and its impact on our community, character, and environment. The proposal leads to irreversible destruction of green belt land without demonstrating 'exceptional circumstances' or considering better alternatives. It disregards infrastructure capacity, creating strain on local services, and poses risks to biodiversity and flooding. The SWLP must be revised to ensure sustainable development that aligns with our village's needs and character.
