I do not agree with the approach laid out in the draft policy, I do not support the proposals nor the proposed Strategic Growth location new settlement for the following reasons:

It is catastrophic development in the green belt currently used for farming

The land on either side of the A34 between Pathlow and Bearley has always flooded as it evidenced regularly by the flooding of the A34 itself

The present infrastructure cannot handle sewage, water supply, road access, traffic, etc etc, the list is endless

The A34 is currently grid locked daily with traffic queuing whilst trying to get through Henley in Arden and into Stratford at the Bishopton island. This will be exacerbated beyond belief.

Finally, this draft policy is ill conceived, not sustainable and does not comply with the Governments Sustainability policy.
