I object to the proposed development due to a lack of infrastructure in Hockley Heath, including healthcare, transport, and schools. The main roads are already congested, and delays occur when there are issues on the M42/M40. Road safety is a concern, with speeding prevalent. Flooding and drainage issues also affect the area, particularly on Stratford Road and School Road. Social housing initiatives have proven unsuccessful in such semi-rural settings. Additionally, the development would harm wildlife and reduce green space, impacting wellbeing. This large development seems inappropriate for the area.
