I am raising concerns about the proposed developments on the field off Cox Crescent (Plan Ref: 633 and 469). As a resident, I believe the estate cannot accommodate additional housing without increasing flooding risks to nearby properties. The estate lacks space for more traffic, having only one entrance/exit and no kerbs. I am worried about the impact on local wildlife and the strain on access to dental and GP services due to overdevelopment. Proper assessment for flooding is crucial, especially given recent flooding issues in the area.
