The proposed housing estate will severely strain our village's limited amenities, healthcare, and recreational spaces, negatively impacting the quality of life for current residents. Our overstretched GP services and school capacity cannot support an influx of new families, risking overcrowding and diminished education quality. Additionally, the village's drainage and utility systems may not handle increased demand, raising concerns about sustainability. The development threatens local wildlife habitats and could lead to increased road congestion and safety issues. Without significant investment and planning, this project will harm our community rather than benefit it.
