I formally object to the proposed development on site ID692 in the South Warwickshire Plan. As a Hatton Park resident for 12 years, I have several concerns. The development threatens the local environment, potentially harming watercourses and ecosystems. It is out of character with the surrounding area, altering the rural landscape and cultural heritage. The existing infrastructure is inadequate for the increased population, risking congestion and reduced access to services. Additionally, it would result in the loss of valuable agricultural land and increase flood risks. I urge the Planning Committee to reconsider this site.
