I am expressing my concerns about the proposed green-belt development connecting the rural historical villages of Hunningham and Weston-under-Wetherley. This area is unsuitable for low-cost housing due to its distance from Leamington Spa, lack of shops, poor bus service, and the necessity for multiple cars per family. Additionally, the site's size and potential dwelling number make it unsustainable, the cost of amenities would be too high, and there is inadequate primary school provision. The proximity to the HS2 line and regular flooding of the River Leam further exacerbate the issues. I hope these points are considered.
