I formally object to the proposed development on site ID166 of the South Warwickshire Plan, as I have lived on Hatton Park for 12 years. My concerns include the environmental impact, with 37% of the site having significant habitat value, risking local biodiversity. The site's proximity to wildlife sites raises further concerns about habitat fragmentation. Additionally, while not on prime agricultural land, losing agricultural spaces threatens food security. The development will also increase traffic noise and pollution, negatively affecting local residents. I urge the Planning Committee to reconsider this proposal. Thank you for your consideration.
