I oppose the inclusion of SG24 in the SWLP as it threatens my community in Hockley Heath, where I've lived for 10 years. The proposed development is excessive and undermines our village identity, going against the Solihull Local Plan that supports only small-scale growth. The plan fails to consider alternative sites and lacks proper infrastructure provision, putting pressure on local services. Additionally, it poses significant environmental risks, including harm to biodiversity and increased flooding. The proposal does not meet sustainability principles and cannot proceed in its current form.
