I believe the Plan overlooks critical factors. Hockley Heath lacks essential infrastructure like schools and healthcare facilities. Access to A3400 will be limited and will require traffic lights, which could worsen congestion during accidents on nearby motorways. I also foresee funding issues with Solihull Council. Additionally, the proposed developments are on Green Belt land, contradicting government policy aimed at preventing urban sprawl. The destruction of old trees will harm the environment, wildlife, and local ecology.
