I wish to formally object to the inclusion of area SG24 in the South Warwickshire Local Plan. As a resident of Hockley Heath for 27 years, I believe the proposed developments will negatively impact our village. The scale of new housing is disproportionate and would threaten local biodiversity, occupying protected Green Belt land. Local services are insufficient, with no GP surgery or adequate schooling to support the increased population. Additionally, infrastructure issues such as narrow lanes and traffic congestion remain unaddressed. I urge you to reconsider these plans for SG24.
