I oppose the inclusion of SG24 in the SWLP as a long-term resident of Hockley Heath. I believe the proposed development is excessive and threatens our village's identity and cohesion. SG24 disregards the Solihull Local Plan, fails to justify Green Belt release, and overlooks better alternatives. The proposal would harm local biodiversity, overstretch infrastructure, and ignore existing flooding risks. Overall, SG24 cannot proceed as it stands, as it conflicts with sustainable development principles and would irreparably damage our community, environment, and quality of life.
