I am formally objecting to policy SG24 in the South Warwickshire Local Plan due to several key concerns. Living on the border of Lapworth and Hockley Heath for nearly 20 years, I believe the proposed development threatens the green belt, disrupting local ecosystems and community wellbeing. The environmental impact is significant, including increased air pollution and loss of wildlife habitats. Additionally, the area’s infrastructure is already strained, with inadequate roads and no capacity for increased population in schools or healthcare. I urge that SG24 be removed from the plan entirely.
