I formally object to the proposed C1 development and infill proposals in Lapworth and Rowington due to several concerns. The introduction of approximately 7,000 new dwellings will significantly alter the unique character of Lapworth, leading to the loss of green spaces and wildlife habitats. Furthermore, the proposed development will strain existing infrastructure, including schools and transport services, which are already inadequate. The scale of this development contradicts local planning policies aimed at preserving the village's character. I urge the council to reconsider the proposal and explore more suitable alternative sites. Thank you for considering my objections.
