I strongly oppose the inclusion of Hockley Heath Group SG24 as a Strategic Growth Location in the South Warwickshire Local Plan. The village's infrastructure cannot support large-scale development, which would harm its character. Flooding has worsened, and the existing sewage system is insufficient, with improvements not expected until 2039. Traffic congestion is already problematic, compounded by limited public transport and inadequate school places. Local amenities are scarce, and environmental impacts must be considered. I urge decision-makers to reject the inclusion of SG24 in any future development plans.
