I am formally objecting to the proposed developments at , and surrounding areas. These developments will significantly harm the character and rural appeal of Lapworth-Arden Lodge, Station Lane (Ref ID 161), alter its landscape, and negatively impact local biodiversity. Increased traffic on local roads poses safety concerns and pollution issues, while the loss of agricultural land threatens natural resources. Additionally, the developments could exacerbate flooding risks. I believe there is no evidence of a justified local need for such extensive developments, and I urge the council to reconsider these proposals.
