The proposed developments will greatly harm the character and rural charm of Lapworth village, altering its landscape and negatively impacting natural beauty and biodiversity. Increased traffic on local roads will pose safety concerns and elevate pollution levels. The use of agricultural land threatens local biodiversity and could exacerbate flooding risks due to increased runoff. I strongly oppose these developments, urging the council to reconsider, as there is no evidence supporting the need for such extensive changes in Lapworth, contrary to the SWLP's requirements.
