I believe the proposed developments will severely harm the character and rural appeal of Lapworth village. They would alter the landscape and negatively impact the area's natural beauty and biodiversity, as noted in the SWLP's environmental considerations. Additionally, I foresee significant traffic issues on local roads due to inadequate infrastructure, leading to safety concerns and increased pollution. The use of agricultural land is particularly troubling, as it threatens local biodiversity and increases flooding risks. I strongly oppose these developments and urge the council to reconsider, as there is no evidence of a local need for them.
