The proposed developments in Lapworth village will significantly harm its character and rural appeal, altering the landscape and negatively affecting natural beauty and biodiversity. They will create severe traffic issues on local roads due to inadequate infrastructure, leading to safety concerns and increased pollution. The use of vital agricultural land for development threatens local biodiversity and increases flooding risks. There is no evidence of a need for such extensive developments, which contradicts the SWLP's requirements. I strongly oppose these proposals and urge the council to reconsider them.
