I formally object to the proposed housing development on Site Ref 623 in Wellesbourne. My objections are based on several issues. The site is prone to flooding, located in Flood Zone 3, and developing it would worsen water runoff and flooding risks for nearby areas, including Chapel Street. Access is inadequate, posing safety hazards due to increased vehicle movements on narrow paths, and there is insufficient pedestrian infrastructure. Additionally, developing this historically valuable land would disrupt the rural character of Wellesbourne and strain local services. I urge reconsideration of this proposal and oppose further house building in Wellesbourne.
