As a concerned homeowner in Wellesbourne, I object to the proposed South Warwickshire Local Plan due to its potential harm to our landscape, increased flood risk, inadequate public transport, loss of valuable farmland, and threat to our village status. The plan fails to address the need for educational and health facilities amidst anticipated population growth, risking further strain on these services. I believe these issues could lead to irreversible damage to our community and residents' well-being. I urge the council to reconsider the plan to prioritise environmental preservation and quality of life.
