I formally object to the proposed A1 housing development near Tanworth-in-Arden, particularly its expansion over Mockley Wood. My concerns include environmental destruction, legal issues surrounding the protected Great Crested Newts and ancient trees, and inadequate road infrastructure. The local roads cannot support increased traffic, which would pose safety risks and damage surfaces. Furthermore, local services, such as schools and healthcare, are already under strain, with no plans for improvement. This proposal is legally, environmentally, and practically unviable, and I wish to protect the area's ecological and historical character.
