I formally object to the inclusion of the proposed new settlement location B1 Hatton (site ref 153) in the South Warwickshire Local Plan. My objections include significant impacts on the Green Belt, insufficient infrastructure to support the development, detrimental effects on local wildlife, and overwhelming demands on community services. The development would exacerbate traffic issues, increase pollution, and may lead to a decline in walking and cycling. Additionally, sustainability concerns are not adequately addressed. I urge the Planning Committee to reconsider this proposal, as the negative impacts far outweigh any potential benefits.
