As a homeowner in Wellesbourne, I strongly object to the proposed South Warwickshire Local Plan strategic growth location SG15. Wellesbourne has already experienced significant development, leading to pressure on local infrastructure, particularly in our oversubscribed primary school. Increased housing will worsen traffic congestion and pollution, while harming the landscape's character. Additionally, the plan raises flood risk concerns and threatens vital farmland needed for local agriculture. The lack of public transport further exacerbates reliance on cars. I urge the council to reconsider the plan to better balance growth with the preservation of our community and quality of life.
