I believe the current proposal is inappropriate due to its disproportionate harm to Wellesbourne and the surrounding rural area. It will exacerbate traffic and pollution due to poor public transport. The replacement of farmland with hard surfaces increases flooding risks and negatively impacts local flora and fauna. Local sewage treatment is already insufficient, leading to significant discharge issues. Additionally, the loss of agricultural land affects local agriculture and national self-sufficiency. The increase in population will strain already stretched services. I urge you to consider these concerns and align developments with residents' wishes.
