My objections stem from several key concerns regarding the proposed development on site C1. Firstly, it significantly impacts the Green Belt, undermining its purpose and suitability for large-scale development. Secondly, the strain on local infrastructure, particularly roads, schools, and healthcare, is unsustainable, risking congestion and decreased service quality. I also worry about the safety of local roads, frequented by walkers and horse riders. Additionally, the development threatens local biodiversity and lacks deliverability assurances. Finally, it disproportionately affects the community, altering its character. I urge the planning committee to reconsider site C1 and explore alternative sites.
