As a Wellesbourne resident, I am deeply concerned about the proposed development in our area, which lacks adequate infrastructure such as health care, dental, and educational facilities. Existing services are already overstretched, and additional housing will exacerbate this issue, making it impractical for many families. Furthermore, the development poses significant flood risks due to rising river levels and inadequate drainage. Additionally, building on farmland threatens local wildlife and ecology. I believe it is crucial to prioritise the preservation of our environment and ensure that existing residents have access to essential services before any further development occurs.
