As a Wellesbourne resident, I am deeply concerned about the excessive development planned for our already densely populated area, which lacks adequate infrastructure. There are insufficient healthcare, dental, and educational facilities, with current provisions already overwhelmed. The proposed development also increases flood risk due to rising river levels and inadequate drainage. Additionally, developing farmland threatens local wildlife and ecology. I believe that if further development occurs, it is crucial that additional health and education facilities are mandatory, to preserve our community and environment for existing residents.
