I strongly object to the inclusion of the C1 and B1 sites in the South Warwickshire Local Plan. The C1 site is unsuitable due to inadequate infrastructure, particularly the narrow B4439, which cannot accommodate the additional traffic from nearly 5,000 homes. This road already faces congestion and would need extensive upgrades. Moreover, the development would harm the environment, affecting protected trees, wildlife, and local communities. Existing local services, including schools and transport, cannot support such large developments, making the C1 and B1 sites inappropriate for inclusion in the plan.
