The site lacks rail connectivity, which would lead to traffic congestion and pollution. Additionally, it risks the loss of valuable farmland, undermining local agriculture. The scale of the development could transform Wellesbourne from a village into a town, eroding community spirit. The plan also neglects the need for expanded educational and health facilities. I urge the council to reconsider the plan for a balance between growth and preservation.
