I am writing to oppose the SWLP SG24 plan Hockley Heath for the following reasons:

There is no doctors surgery in Hockley Heath and Dorridge Surgery would not cope with more patients
Hockley Heath infant and junior school would be affected
We already have regular issues with water pressure and quality
Problems with flooding /drainage on certain roads
Any problems on the M42 traffic is diverted onto ,the already busy Stratford Road, through Hockley Heath onto the M40.

I presume there are no plans to build a doctor’s surgery or school in the Warwickshire side of the proposed development? These need to be in place before any housing is considered.
