Cox Crescent and Greenways proposed planning

I’d like my objections to any proposed planning on this plot. The land historically floods and whilst there is a pond to take surplus water from this is always at a high level. The movement of the slope could cause neighbouring existing houses to suffer from the deluge from the fields. Not only this but there is only one way in and out to the main busy road, with the 30mph limit being flaunted and local authority and police unable to manage this.
